BSP - Same Day Void

GDS Void Procedures

A ticket can only be voided on the same day as the date of issuance by using the GDS Void entry.

The GDS message reported to the BSP Processing Centre will only contain the voiding transaction. Please refer to your GDS vendor for the applicable detailed procedures regarding the same day voiding entry:

In order for the sale to be deleted from the transmission to BSP, the GDS entries must be used. Failure to use the specific GDS voiding entries will result in a sale being sent to BSP and in the case of a credit card sale, the credit card company of the cardholder. The only way to reverse the sale is to submit a refund, providing the ticket is refundable. If the ticket is non-refundable, the sale will stand.
