If unable to refund via the GDS/NDC, contact your GDS/NDC Help Desk for assistance.

BSPLink Refund Application/Refund Authority (RA)

The RA functionality has been activated by American Airlines. All the GDS/NDCs have implemented automated refund functionalities that can be used to refund electronic tickets and EMDs.

BSPlink Enhanced users may issue a BSPlink Refund Application to process a refund when it could not be completed through their GDS/NDC.

Note: GDS/NDC Automated Refunds are the preferred refund method. BSP Refund Applications should only be submitted when necessary.

For GDS/NDC Same Day Void procedures, refer to BSP Same Day Void
