Corporate Experience benefits now available for business travelers
Starting with ticketing issued October 10, 2024, travelers flying for business as part of an active corporate agreement with American will enjoy:
- Complimentary preferred seats – more favorable seating, including front cabin, window, and aisle seating options
- Priority privileges – convenient access to Priority check-in, Priority security, and Priority Group 4 boarding, the same as AAdvantage Gold® status customers
- Disruption recovery – higher priority when being re-accommodated to a new flight during irregular operations
What business travelers need to know:
- Complimentary preferred seats – the process for selecting seats varies based on technology partners:
- Modern retailing technology (NDC) – seats can be selected at time of booking within authorized booking channels when available, or after ticketing on aa.com or the American app
- Legacy channels – seats can be selected after ticketing on aa.com or the American app
- Priority privileges – “Priority” will be printed on the boarding pass
- Disruption recovery – prioritization in areas such as maintaining initial seat and cabin selections will happen automatically – no action is needed on the traveler’s end
- Availability – at launch, Corporate Experience benefits will be available on American-operated flights globally.
