SalesLink Enhancements

Hello and happy Sunday/Monday from the SalesLink team! Some new and exciting SalesLink changes have taken place over the weekend. Here’s an overview of what you can expect to see.

Agency and Corporate Customers: So that you know the value of your seat waiver prior to submitting your request, individual seat values have been added to all SalesLink seat maps within the waiver process. See the training document within SalesLink for more details.

Agency Admin/Owners: New user access role options are now available for you use. All existing SalesLink users have retained the same level of access as they had previously however, the name or number of that user role may have changed. Please see the training document on the User Administration tab within SalesLink for more details or click the link below for a quick glance at the new definitions.
New Role Definitions

Flex Fund Owners, Admins and Managers: New options for fund allocation and management have been made available. No changes have been made to your existing allocations but you may want to review and take advantage of the new feature. Please see the training document links below for additional details.

ALL Owners, Admins and Managers:  We have re-enabled the system generated email feature which will alert you to newly registered user requesting access to you ARC/IATA or Corporate Account number (CART). The email that is now generated includes the name and email address of the registered user as well as a convenient link to SalesLink so that you may login and action the request.
